At KS3 our work is organised in themes, most of which run for approximately half a term. Pupils are assessed regularly in a variety of ways including:- formative assessments, summative assessments and interactive assessments.

KS4 Geography
Geography is optional at KS4. Those pupils who choose to continue with the subject follow the AQA Syllabus A.
Topics currently studied include:-
Paper1
The Coastal Zone, The Restless Earth and Water on the Land.
Paper 2
Globalisation, Population Change and Tourism.
Controlled Assessment
Pupils complete a river study, following either a day visit or residential course at Hothersall Lodge.
